Katonah Yoga Saturdays 11:00am - 12:00pm CST - SIgn up here!

Take my yoga class virtually from anywhere in the world through zoom! You will also receive a link to the recording which is active for 10 days, so you can practice whenever you want! This class weaves together the threads of Katonah theory including exploration of the physical postures, breathwork and meditation. Katonah Yoga is a syncretic Hatha practice developed by Nevine Michaan over 40 years and incorporates classical Hatha yoga with Taoist theory, geometry, magic, mythology, metaphor and imagination. Suitable for both new and experienced students, I highly recommend this class to those who are interested in developing insight into their personal practice, finding joy in a communal practice and promoting overall well-being. This is a class to give you energy and bring you joy!

Private Lessons

Private lessons are the best way to get incredible insight in a short amount of time. Initial private lessons consist of a body reading in which I teach you how to utilize pragmatic and esoteric maps to understand the muscles, bones, glands, organs, and nervous system. In a body reading, I tell you what your body is telling me. From there, we use that information to develop a practice unique to you, because we all want to end up in the same place — well adjusted, happy, and healthy — but we all need to do something slightly different to get there.

I currently teach privates in Houston, Texas or virtually anywhere in the world.
